We are honoured to receive the Kumon Elite Instructor Award today. We are in beautiful Athens attending the Elite Instructor Conference. What an amazing day it’s been meeting fellow instructors from Kumon Europe and Africa and learning from the presentations and networking. The award is presented to 50 Kumon centres from all of the centres in the two continents. Out of approximately a thousand centres we are proud to say that we achieved Elite criteria in both Maths and English. Since our English ranking was higher at No 2 we were presented the award for English this year. No 2 ! 🤩 We can’t believe ourselves! Elite criteria looks at different aspects of a Kumon student’s performance. Happier students make centres Elite! So thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We are an Elite centre because our students and staff are Elite! The best of the best!

The centre is closed on the 18th, 19th and 20th of April as the team is off to Athens to celebrate our Elite status award! We will be attending the Elite conference joining 50 other amazing instructors from Kumon UK, Europe and Africa. What an honour 🙏🏼. And…….Drumroll please! 🥁🥁🥁🥁 We have an English Completer at our centre! Wow 🤩 Lucky us! Arya started with us in 2020 and has now gone on to complete the English programme. A wonderful and dedicated student who has excelled in all fields. We are so proud of you Arya! Arya is now putting all her efforts into the maths programme. Moving ahead of all expectations for students in her year/age group. Reach for the stars Arya!

Yes!!!!!!!! Yonatan has gone on to complete the English programme! That’s him proudly holding his last set on Level L. And, the amazing accomplishment is that he is only in Year 6. While covering the different levels on the English programme, he has read Shakespeare, interpreted the poetry of T.S. Eliot, critiqued “ The Importance of being Ernest” and summarised so many different genres of English Literature. We are so proud of you Yonatan. 👍🏻😊👍🏻 Your goal is set to go complete the maths programme now! Keep shining!

We all went Cheesseeeeeeeee with Visharn giving the biggeesssttttt smile for the camera. It was an emotional morning for us. Dear Visharn is leaving for Australia. Today was his last in-centre class. We will miss his absolute joyous nature and his non stop banter. At such a young age Visharn has mastered mental maths and is moving on to methods of addition and subtraction. As Visharn settles in his new country we will continue to support him through our Zoom online sessions and stay connected through the Kumon Connect app. With Kumon being a worldwide recognised learning programme Visharn will find a centre in Australia soon but till then we will get to see him online. Across the seas, still connected. ❤️ All the best Dear Visharn and his beautiful family. We will miss you. Thank you for the beautiful flowers.❤️
