Join Emily in the sounds of her Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls. She likes to think of a sound bath as “meditation without the meditation” as the frequencies can slow our brain waves into more relaxed, meditative states. The sound frequencies are able to move through the body too, shifting energy and having an effect on a cellular level. A sound bath is an immersive body, mind and spirit practice. Everyone experiences them differently but you could experience reduced pain or anxiety, more relaxed or energised, and improved sleep.

CHANGE OF DATES! So I was made aware last night that the weekend Ajay was coming was the same weekend as the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon….so we have changed the dates for Ajay’s workshop to Saturday 17th May and Sunday 18th May 2025 at the beautiful We Are Wellness in Headingly.
