First attempt at a gemstone tree today...with lavender amethyst🤞

Latest glasses chains....the pink and multicoloured have gone already!! (but I can make more🙂)

Made one of these for myself, with miyuki seed beads, so very lightweight. Great for sunglasses. Can make in various colours, and can add some gemstones on the sides by the arms of the glasses if preferred. Around 31 inches long. If interested, please let me know.xx

Made a few memory wire bracelets today.
These wrap around any size wrist, and retain their shape when you take them off.
All made with gemstone nuggets and miyuki seed beads.

Finally finished 7 longline necklaces. At the longest length they will drop to below waist level, put can easily be doubled up over your head.
Each one made with genuine gemstone nuggets, miyuki seed beads, and shell pearls.
Shell pearls are when a pearl cracks or splits during drilling, or a pearl that just isnt right to be sold. Rather than it going to waste, its ground down to powder and reformed into various shapes that can be dyed, whilst retaining the natural lustre/shine of a pearl. This also means they are cheaper than natural pearls.

So, I saw these online the other day, and thought, I can make those....so I did! Great if you often have your hands full of school bags and/or shopping bags, or just as a fashion accessory.

Gemstone mobile phone wrist strap.

You just need a phone case on your phone, its secured by a thin plastic card between the phone and case, and a swivel keyring.
I've used faceted shell pearls, but any gemstones can be used. I love it!!

If you want one, let me know, price will depend on gemstones used, will always price as cheap as I can.🙂💎

I have a few pieces of hand carved Amazonite. I have 1 turtle and 2 hearts (colour is more of a sea green than blue) that can be made into bracelets, stretchy bracelets, or a pendant for a necklace. I've made myself a bracelet from one of the turtles, with Amazonite beads, and I love it! If you are interested in any of the other 3 pieces of Amazonite, let me know.x

Finally getting around to some makes today. The 4 strands below are all Type A Burmese Jade. The 2 strands on the left are faceted, the 2 on the right are smooth and more polished. Bracelets will be made with Sterling Silver findings. Will post pictures/video's when made.

I'm obsessed with jade!

This link is to an article on jade from the bbc several years ago.
Since then, there has been huge political unrest in Burma, where most of the jade in the Chinese market is sourced from, and currently no jade is leaving Burma at all, meaning the global prices have sky rocketed.

I'll be posting some pieces of genuine Type A Burmese Jade pieces over the next week or so.
I was able to buy last summer from a supplier who bought from China prior to the global pandemic.

This is just to give some background into jade, prior to me posting some pieces.🙂👍

Gemstones used across the videos are agate, tigers eye, ruby zoisite, black obsidian, snowflake obsidian, goldstone and volcanic lava rock!!👍
