Hi all ,
This year I have decided to try and complete 15000 push ups in November (500 each day). Alongside this I will obviously be trying my best to grow a dodgy moustache.
I will be doing this to raise awareness of the physical and mental health issues that we all face!
Guys and Girls, it’s ok to not be ok. It’s ok to talk about mental and physical health problems and these are nothing to be ashamed of.
I will be incredibly grateful for any donation or a share of this post and will be updating my progress every day via tik tok and my Instagram story. 💪

Looking to get in shape for the new year, this is some of what I offer:
1. Workouts specifically planned and recorded based on your specific needs/goals.
2. Each workout to be tracked, gradually aiming to progress each workout each session.
3. Optional monthly scans so we can measure progress and adapt training if needed.
4. Weekly food diary feedback, helping you also improve your nutrition and see quicker/faster improvements.
5. Access to an exercise list with demonstrations. So whether you like to have multiple PT sessions a week or whether you like to also spend your own time in the gym alongside our sessions, an easily accessible list of exercises you can choose to complete, with demonstrations of each one!

Summer coming to an end… clearly it’s time to panic tan!

Entering a new phase of training/diet to lean down for the summer months and hopefully some good weather!
For me a huge part of this is preparing meals as this has these benefits:
-Save time
-Save money
-Helps keep track of portions
-Gives me a clear idea of what I need to eat to achieve my goals.
Here are a few meals I prepared for this week, all meat free and relatively high in protein.
-Overnight oats
-Quorn chilli
-Tofu Thai green curry
-Meat free sausage casserole
-Teriyaki tofu noodles.
I personally like to prepare a number of portions in bulk then if needed cook a carbohydrate source (e.g. rice/sweet potato)
You can still enjoy eating and achieve your fitness goals !
