⚡ RAW Charging is hiring a Product Manager! ⚡

We're looking for a dynamic Product Manager to lead the development of new product and service offerings for both our site hosts (B2B) and EV drivers (B2C). You’ll work across teams to guide a product from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring its long-term success.

🔑Key Responsibilities:
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to shape our product strategy and roadmap.
- Improve utilisation of large, high-profile portfolios by coordinating with the Key Account team, Marketing, Network Operations, and Finance on marketing, pricing, and promotions.
- Analyse data on charging behaviour, network usage and customer feedback to refine features and pricing, in partnership with our Margin & Management Information Senior Analyst.
- Act as the product champion within RAW, building awareness and understanding across teams.
- Ensure product development aligns with budgets and delivers expected returns.
- Define KPIs to measure product success, adoption, and user satisfaction.

💡Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven, commercially-focused Product Manager with 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong communicator, able to engage with stakeholders internally and externally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience in EV charging or related industries (Energy, Telecoms, Leisure, Hospitality) is a plus.
- Comfortable leading software development teams to create product solutions.
- Experience in a scaleup environment is an advantage.
