I’m literally writing this while sipping a coffee and having a cookie🍪. We  all deserve a “ day of rest” 🤪! 
I’m here to let you know that this super new workout has just came out of the oven and it’s available on Perky on Demand.

YOUR REQUEST 9 is the new workout of this week ‘ it’s a full body workout so you can work abs, arms, legs , back & booth in only 15 minutes. A great way to wake up your body on a Monday morning:

🎯FULL BODY WORK OUT
1) REACH BACK: work shoulder stabilisation while activating abs (focused on obliques) to control the movement. Quadriceps are a main muscle to control the speed of the movement and glutes are mainly enagage by the end of the range of omente to stop and reverse the exercise.
2)THIGH STRETCH: engaging anterior and posterior chain to control the movement + shoulder activation using the ball.
3) REACH SIDEWAYS: focus on Obliques
4)TABLE TOP: add a mini ball to provide extra challenge to core activation.

Candlestick is one of the most incredible exercises in the Pilates repertoire. It requires extreme control, balance and concentration to hold the final upside-down spectacle.
I finally did the Candlestick today but my journey to achieving it started more than a year ago when I decided to get back into practice.
I remember feeling terrified and totally overwhelmed while watching some amazing instructors on Instagram doing incredible movements and poses while I was starting again after years out of practice and on maternity.
Here it is a reminder you can get where you want when you put your mind and energy into it. Consistency, persistency and most importantly focus on YOUR own journey do pay off!
And don't forget to celebrate your victories whatever stage you are in pursuit of your goals.

Totally obsessed with this Obliques exercise!
Everything fits perfectly and you work on that tiny little waist in such a comfortable position..definitely a favourite!

Happy Thursday, everyone!

Hasn't this week gone in a blink?!
Our group class is tomorrow again and here is a little taster of what's waiting for you...

This series uses with techiques,, moves and of course !
The shape of the circle also allows some lovely exercises to work rotation and articulation of the spine which makes you feel nice and tall and super relaxed and flexible!

All these moves and much more are waiting for you at our Group class tomorrow at 7am at St. saviours Church Hall!

First class of the year and oh boy...it feels SOOOO good!
After a few weeks enjoying the cozy weather it was about time to shake things up.
Thank you all for joining me today!
It’s so good to see you and to kick some ass together this morning!
Now a walk in the park and we are ready to chill again and watch Frozen for the fifth time! 🤣👌🏼

B***y Workout
"Let's shake that ass!!"😅
Here's a series of 5 exercises to tone your "bu**um" ( as we call it in Brazil!) and all while you are still lying down! Easy peasy peach bum is easy!
1. keep neutral pelvis and squeeze the mini ball (10-15 reps);
2. Squeeze the mini ball, pull your tummy in and tuck your tail bone while you engage your gluteus and go into bridge position. Keep inner tights engaged throughout the exercise and only release the ball when you are back to the initial position.
3. Same principle as the exercise above to begin the movement except that you only squeeze the ball as you reach the bridge position. Release the ball and “ switch off” gluteus but don’t let your hips reach the floor.....Engage inner tights and start it again!
4. Lift both heels and go into bridge position. Keep hips in the air and squeeze ball 10-15 reps.
5. Lift heels 10-15 reps pulling them towards your buttocks making sure that the muscles of the back of your leg are engaged throughout the exercise.
