๐คฐ๐ฝ Pregnancy massage is a modality I've wanted to venture into for a while. Last weekend, I had the experience of taking part in a massage course solely focused on pregnancy.
๐๐ผ This was a great way to practice in a safe environment, making sure pregnant womenโs specific needs are met. We focused on techniques to help with any aches/pain, particularly in the second or third trimester.
๐ My model was a wonderful! She made me feel at ease and gave live feedback on what I was doing well and what I could improve.
๐๐ป This course has given me the confidence boost I needed to offer prenatal and postnatal treatments at the Lab! I look forward to helping you out with your pregnancy journey!
