Our presence was highlighted by engaging conversations with UK drinks industry professionals, introducing them to the rich flavors and heritage of Chilean Pisco. The event was made even more spectacular with an incredible range of cocktails offered by SDR, featuring crowd favorites like the Pisco Paloma, Pisco Punch, Pisco Sour, and Serenza – all of which were simply adored by attendees. 🍸❤️

A highlight was the exclusive Pisco masterclass and dinner held at Los Mochis Notting Hill. This immersive experience took UK drinks distributors, importers, and industry experts on a captivating journey through the history, varieties, and meticulous production process of Chilean Pisco. 🌍🍷

These last two weeks we had the pleasure of hosting a delegation of women winemakers from itata region led by Catalina Jensen.

During their stay they participated on wine tastings and masterclasses in and , visited where they had the opportunity to promote the wines produced in the Itata region.

In Ireland they had the opportunity to present their products to General Director Ignacio Fernandez and Director Nicolas Poblete.

We are really looking forward to hosting more woman-led delegations in UK and Ireland!

🍹✨ Embracing the vibrant spirit of Chilean craftsmanship and heritage, Pisco 2023 campaign was a journey of creativity and collaboration, unfolding from June to November. From the exciting kick-off at Imbibe to the grand inauguration of the Pisco showroom at Harrison’s Coffee in Paddington, we shared the essence of Chilean Pisco with bar managers, media, influencers, consumers, and enthusiasts.

A significant highlight was the participation of distinguished representatives from leading Pisco-producing companies in the region , , , and . Their presence added immense value, enriching the experience for attendees with delicious cocktails and exceptional products.

We also unveiled our new signature cocktail, , a decadent sweet cherry delight perfect for aperitivo moments paired with charcuterie.

During these months we’ve had the chance to share an important part of the culture of Chile among a wide audience in the UK and Ireland. It’s worth to note that Pisco is made from the distillation of wine – where our country has already gained an important reputation worldwide – contributing an important background and incredible conditions to producers, who have managed to achieve extremely good results producing premium spirits.

The Pisco industry in Chile is gaining traction every day, with improving production processes and huge local consumption, that make this a perfect moment to spread this spirit around the globe.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated team at ProChile, the participating Pisco producers, and all the enthusiasts who attended our events. Your enthusiasm drives the spirit of Chilean Pisco forward.

On Wednesday, October 18, the official launch of the Chilean Pisco Showroom took place at the Chilean restaurant : The Chilean Way, located in Paddington, London.

We hosted distributors, bar managers, and specialised press from London, who enjoyed five cocktails prepared by mixologist , along with top-notch Chilean food. A brand-new cocktail, the , was revealed during the evening. This is a decadent, sweet cherry drink that serves as an ideal as a aperitive, perfectly paired with charcuterie. This cocktail is super easy to recreate at home and will not only impress friends and family but will immerse you in the rich Chilean heritage of Pisco – head over to our Instagram to find out more.

Four representatives of pisco producing companies from the Coquimbo region joined this evening: , , , and , who were on a trade mission in Europe and visited the United Kingdom to have business meetings, attend trade events of the London Cocktail Week, visit points of sale in London, and offer a tasting of their products during the inauguration of this Pisco Exhibition.

This is the largest exhibition of our national distillate in the United Kingdom, a market in which this product is expected to further accelerate its expansion in the coming years.

This showcase is a great step to continue paving the way, so we are very grateful to Susana and Pedro from , to the companies that contributed to this exhibition, and of course to Pisco Chile and the .

Cherry Captain
This cherry cocktail is the perfect choice for anyone with a sweet tooth. A delicious treat with a cherry on top, what’s not to love? Made using , a spirit deeply rooted in history and culture, helping to conjure up the spirit of South America in your own home.

If you’re looking to entertain but the thought of mixing up some spectacular cocktails fills you with fear. Or you’re tired after a long day and don’t have the energy for anything complicated - Piscola is here to help! Just mix Chilean Pisco with Cola, add ice, a slice of lemon or orange and you’re done!

Pisco & Tonic
Looking for something a little sweeter than a G&T? Why not try a P&T? Pisco & Tonic, it’s as easy as that! Pisco’s history is intertwined with its grape-growing and winemaking expertise, dating back many hundreds of years. A unique facet of Chilean Pisco lies in its use of Muscat grapes, evoking aromatic notes of rose, clove, lemon zest, and orange blossom.

Pisconi
Those partial to an orange note to their cocktails will adore the Pisconi. Made with Chilean Pisco, orange liqueur, orange digestif and sweet vermouth, this is the ideal choice for any citrus lover.

Some weeks ago in UK and participated at , UKs biggest Cocktail event along with a delegation of 7 Pisco producers to position Chilean Pisco country brand.

During the 2 days of the event , , , , , and Pisco showcased different varieties of this spirit through the preparation of several cocktails.

This event marks the first of many actions to increase the presence of Chilean pisco in UK, a joined effort between ProChile and Pisco Chile.

After a busy and intense week of events, receptions, 1:1 meetings, networking lunches , and a long etc, London Tech Week 2022 is over.

During last week ProChile under our office in UK ProChile UK worked side by side with Department for International Trade (DIT), British Embassy Chile to support a delegation of 8 Chilean companies who participated in different events alongside the week.

Some highlights of the week:

On Tuesday- Barbara Silberberg Cargill from COPPTECH represented not only Chile but also LatAm in a panel organized by the Global Entrepreneur Programme under the GEP Masterclass dictated to a wider international audience

On Wednesday- the Chilean delegation participated in a 1:1 session with Tech Nation. Where Samantha Evans shared the opportunities that the UK has to offer to tech companies. On that same day but in the afternoon Francisco Silberberg from COPPTECH joined a panel of success cases of LatAm Scale ups in UK, moderated by Tony Kypreos

On Thursday- ProChile UK and EBS ltd. offered a networking lunch at the Chilean Embassy in UK. Where Chilean and LatAm companies had the opportuny to bond with memeber of the British Ecosystem such as Digital Catapult , Innovate UK, Taylor Vinters , Redfern Legal LLP, Antler , Department for International Trade (DIT), Novicell, Birmingham Enterprise Community (BEC) among others. Then in the afternoon, Taylor Vinters provided a masterclass on the Venture Capital in UK.

ProChile UK also offered - through a partnership with E2E a softlanding to 5 of our companies. Where they held meeting with british mentors and were introduced to potential partners in UK. Again, huge congrats to COPPTECH Rocketbot Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Medible Azurian Prevsis
