A note from Nico as we prepare to take you on not one, but two journeys.

“Hello everyone,

We’re testing something truly unique and want as many of you as possible to join in.
At Six by Nico, we thrive on creativity and with that comes some risks. Every six weeks, we create a new menu, erase it, and start from scratch. This constant innovation is at the heart of what we do.

Looking back over the past 7 years, it’s amazing how many mistakes we’ve made, yet here we are, stronger and more inspired than ever. We owe a lot of this to you, our incredible community, whose feedback has guided our evolution. Some of you might not know this, but every menu we have ever launched at Six by Nico has been created through listening to your feedback.

For our next menu announcement, I wanted to do something different. I’ve noticed comments about some people missing our concept menus, but also great feedback on our destination experiences and the stories we tell.

So, we had an idea—why not do both?

That’s right, for our next menu, you’ll have the choice of two. These menus won’t overlap or compete; we’re splitting them right down the middle.

You can choose to dine on one menu for the first three weeks or the second menu for the next three weeks.

I hope this gives you more choice and helps you plan those dining experiences that bring us all together.
