A client visited the store with a beautiful sapphire and diamond cluster ring which they had enjoyed wearing for over 20 years.

As a result with age and wear; the sapphire became scratched, a couple of diamonds had been chipped, a diamond fell out and the claws had worn down.

At Gems our craftsmen were able to re-polish the sapphire, replace the damaged diamonds, supply the missing diamond and remake the setting to its original glory.
