I am going to be documenting my journey in business daily through here and on YouTube
I will be showing what I do on the daily, how I plan on becoming 'wealthy'
This is not something overnight
A long process
Which I will work through
Day 1:
I re-organised my workspace and my room to clear my mind, remove cluster and junk
Changed my thought process on:
What you believe is what occurs.
Who you are is defined by you and your past.
Everything is your fault
(I will explain these thoughts individually in the coming weeks to give you guys a better understanding)
I studied the Charlie Morgan course and gained these mindset insights
After this I went on a walk to clear my mind
Then towards the night I booked 2 appointments

Why you should automate tasks
SAVE TIME
The one thing money can't buy
Kinda...
You can of course pay for somebody else to do it but then you need to make up for that money buy working more and spending more time
Automating tasks change it all
Might be a low monthly subscription per task or paying an agency a reasonable fee to save 10's of hours of work weekly
Many business owners have to sacrifice a lot
Friends, family, 'fun'
To make it work
With automation you can save the time
And use it for them
Spend time with your kids
And know that money will be coming into your bank account
While you are living your life
Do you think the top business owners work 8 hours a day?
No
They do not
So why should you?
You shouldn't
I will give you a completely free of charge Ai audit and consultation call and see what me and my team can do for your business if you like and comment 'AUTOMATE' below
Why you should build a community in 2024
Have a group of people who know you, support you and would be willing to buy
Doesn't that all sound like a dream?
Well make it a reality
Build a community on Discord, Skool and even on FB groups
You will be able to coach them as they might be people who are trying to learn what you do and network
There will be people posting irrelevant things such as self-promos, scams etc...
If you manage it well it willl be a safe community to network and then build a group of buyers
The worst thing is just the way you build it up, it is long, hard and painful
But might be the most beneficial in the long run
If you want to get people to want to buy from you comment 'BUYERS'
When a client send a calendar like this it is amazing
Just shows that a few tweeks can make or break a business
Imagine you woke up tomorrow with a calendar like this...
How would you react?
How would your life change?
How would you look at yourself differently?
If you need clients and are struggling to make ends meet...
This might be for you
Freelancing
Use platforms where people already want your services and contact them easy
Use platforms such as
UpWork
Fiverr
Contra
These platforms allow you to find someone who wants your service or search it directly
Makes it easy
Only real downside is the chances of getting accepted, but if you submit enough applications and do it well with a good portfolio clients will come
If you want us to get you consistant booked appointments and clients comment 'CLIENTS'
Cold dm's
This is part one and part two is later today so stay tuned
This is to explain what it is and why you should do it and how
Well all it is is sending messages to business owners or desicion makers of a business
With of course the intent to sell them or getting them on a consultation call
This is normally done through Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin but some people also tend to do it through WhatsApp, SMS and even X (Twitter)
Most people do this using automation which there is a big market for, on all of them
With this you would normally have multiple accounts and sed 100's daily
People also add appointment setters which I will go more into detail with soon
How to cold call and get consistent replies and clients rolling in
First of all it is the timing
The ideal time to cold call is anywhere from 10am-12pm
That two hour gap is ideal
People are still getting into the flow, haven't gotten lazy or mad yet
No coffee breaks yet
Perfect, people should answer
But
There will be a lot of gatekeepers at this time (receptionists)
Avoid this by acting confused and talking about the guy you actually want to talk to
But you would need his name, so do some research
Or you can go it and directly pitch them (don't) and get hung up on everytime
What I do is say that I am cold calling and if they want to hear me out or just hang up simple
I save time and they let their guard down as they know what the call is about and they can leave at any moment if not interested
Either use your phone or a caller on GHL or Rebtel
Not sponsored just I know they are very good for their purpose
Comment "CALL" to get the winning cold calling script free of charge
If you are stuggling to get your first clients then let me help you out
The best way is word of mouth
Once you have your first client, make sure the work is exceptional
You can get a case study, testimonial and referrals
A business owner will always have a network of others
So if you do well for him then what s going to stop him from telling his mates?
Nothing so there you go
Provide a good service and you are in the money
WHY YOU NEED TO TRACK YOUR METRICS
Such a simple thing but almost nobody seems to do it
When you send out 100 dm's do you track the response rate?
How about when you cold call?
Or how about for your overall work efficiency?
Simple things that can get you a long way
From your tracking you can see where there is an error and what needs to be solved and then you can act accordingly
For example you call 100 businesses and get 1 pick up
Then you need to analyse who you are calling and what time of day and why not
If 50 answer and then instantly pick up the clearly it's you offer or your opener
Track to improve simple
If you want to grow your business then comment 'GROW' below
Just thought I would drop some results
A client got 22 leads on his website
14 converted to paying clients
Simple as that
What you can get with a few ads
If you want me to run yours then like and comment "ads"
Why you should run paid ads and how?
First of all, you pick who sees it (kinda)
You get a lot of people to see it if you pay the right amount
Besides that it's just the best way to get leads fast consistantly
Unless your ad is trash
You probably want to run ads now right?
Perfect, time for a small breakdown, I will have a full one on my Youtube https://www.youtube.com/
But the main things are finding out who your ideal client is
With ads you can dive deep into much detail
You can pick the age, location, language, relationship and fimally their interests and hobbies
Using all of this it is easy to narrow it down to who you want as a client
Now they just need to see your ad and have a reason to pay you
You know who to target but not how and with what
The best ways is with a video from 15-60 seconds long as a real or as a regular post depending on the dimensions
The copy (written text) is 20% of the whole ad on how important it is
The creative (image/video) is 80%
That should already give you an insight on what you need to focus on when creating your ad
If the creative is done right and the first two lines of your copy are a hit then you make money, simple.

Paid content?
You might be wondering what that is since you always consume free content like you are now
All in all it is paid ads or boosted posts
This is a way of growing super fast but with some investment
The more you put in the more you get out
Just need to make sure the content you would create is perfect and people will engage
After all you will reach a lot of people so need to make sure they like it
Another benefit is that you pick who sees it and where they are
Basically you optimise it for your ICP
The only bad thing is that your ad can burn out and the fees that come with it
More detailed targetting with high results will come at a high cost
But the ROI is always going to be out of this world
For our last ad run for a client we got them 12 new clients so the ROI was around 250%
How to use Chat GPT right for your business to make it grow
Chat GPT is very useful FOR EVERYTHING
But...
There are ways of having your own
That books you meetings and clients daily...
If that sparks some interest then comment 'GPT' below
And if you want more cheat sheets like these then like this post and stay tuned.
Carousels
No it's not what you find in the fun fair haha
It's where you post a few photos talking about a certain topic with text on them
Extremely effective as it allows for people to visualise it more or gives them more reasons to read
If anything you can just look on my profile and find a lot of examples
The best thing with this is providing value or helping someone with something
The best posting for businesses most likely
The places these do best is on Linkedin and Facebook so ideal for a B2B business
Part 3 of this small content breakdown
Written content
An effective and quick way of making content
All you do is write your thoughts, how you can help somebody or your service/offer
To do this right you need to learn your audience
Have catchy hooks
Give value and have a clear CTA
The way to do this right is to learn copywriting and your audiences language
By language I don't mean English, Spanish etc...
I mean their language as in how they live, a doctor's language would be the whole medical space, where they live and operate daily.
Learning the niche, the keywords and most importantly the pain points
This way you speak to them effectively and get them hooked
You can do this on any platform apart from Instagram and Tiktok where you would have to do it in a photo or video format
What is short form content?
Basically it is a short video, a tiktok, an instagram reel, facebook reel etc...
Super easy to consume but super easy to skip past
This is especially good for a young audience
If your product is for people aged 18-25 then this is a gold mine if done right
Need a lot of moving parts, a lot of editing and noise to catch people
On these platforms people swipe away for hours and don't even realise your video
Make it memorable or so they go somewhere else (clear CTA)
As most people don't even remember the last 5 videos they watch on these addictive plaforms
Become memorable and you win.
Short post, staright to the point, go create content, simple.
How would you bring clients in by posting free content?
First of all this is warm outreach to the masses
They will know of you once they consume the content and this content can reach millions of people
What type of content should you post?
Short form
Long term
Written content
Carousels
Paid content
All of these are valuable to post and will generate results, refer to one of my previous posts where i go in debth into long form and stay tuned for the other explanations.
What is warm outreach and why you should do it?
First of all, all, what is it you may wonder...
It is a method of outreach where the prospect knows what you do or even knows who you are already
This can be a friend, a family member, a work collegue or even just an old lead or a referral
It is anyone who knows of you
Meaning you do not need to explain everything and waste a lot of time doing so
How do you find people like this?
Ask your family if your services would benefit them
Ask you friends if they run any businesses or they know anyone who does so and pay them a referral fee
Closing them would be way easier as they trust you or trust you more that a cold lead would
Go out and find a warm network, talk to people, at the gym, at work, at university anywhere, just talk and find out who they are and what you do and if you can help.
What is a webinar and why you should host one
DM me to learn how to implement this
It's a Sunday, you may wonder why I am still posting?
I will succeed while others sleep and watch Netflix
I would rather work my hardest now
But...
I will live better than you later
