Today marks 1-year since my book, 'Integrating Clinical Aromatherapy in Palliative Care' was released. The journey taken to reach that point required me to literally 'eat, breathe and sleep aromatherapy' in order to examine all its facets through hundreds of research papers, books and personal experiences, to demonstrate the important role aromatherapy brings to the palliative setting and reflect the experience of those receiving this gentle form of compassionate care.
