The quality of your life is in direct proportion to the quality of the people you surround yourself with, the standards you hold yourself to, the quality of the action you take and your ability to learn from failure and improve your approach. In order to get what you want in life, you must know what you want, (your outcome), why you want it, (have emotionally compelling reasons why you want what you want), and be willing to pay the price to manifest it and make it happen. Your belief system and the action you take is either moving you towards what you want or taking you away from it. Trust your heart, see reality for what it is, see your circumstances for what they are, and never place someone else’s opinion above your own.
Things are slowly coming together 💪
People have often asked me how I’m so calm and relaxed in stressful situations. How I seem super confident and positive pretty much all the time. But if truth be told, I’m not! Those that get close to me will know that every day is a struggle and I am certainly not afraid to speak my mind when agitated. However, I’m constantly training my body and my mind as much as I can. I know I’m not perfect and nobody is, I’ve made plenty of mistakes and I’ve learned from them. There has been times with my PTSD that I suffered from last year where it felt I was fighting a war with myself as I was so angry with the world and everybody in it and yet I had a reputation to uphold as the calm, respectful, super confident and loving life coach that I’ve become known as, but if truth be told I often feel sad most days and I am well aware of how trauma and grief affects you. However, I strive each day to be better, and it’s not what you do in a moment that defines you, it’s what you do each day and throughout the years! I, like anyone, lose a few battles with thoughts and emotions once in a while and then look back with disappointment at my behaviour, but I always win the overall war with how I act 90% of the time and bounce back. I am able to do this due to my discipline and practices. Mindfulness ❤️
Your mind much like your body, must not be neglected and much like life.
Life is beautiful and brief. Mindfulness helps us really live each moment and embrace life with grace.
Being present means bringing awareness to what is happening in the moment. Being in the here and now. Sprinkle this awareness with some curiosity, kindness and acceptance, and you have mindfulness. Not so complicated.
Mindfulness is for your mind what exercise is for your body. This is an ancient practice, verified by modern science. Research has shown it improves sleep, anxiety, creativity and overall well-being.
It’s not always easy, and you won’t always win with your thoughts, but each day, much like your body when training, gets stronger and stronger the more you train 💪 and also much like the human body, the mind, if you stop training it, slowly becomes weaker again. Look after yourself 💪 ❤️
JDFitness Announcement.
Please be patient. Plans are in motion. Big plans. Hopefully we can get back up and running sooner rather than later, I have lots of new ideas and big ambitions, unfortunately meetings and talking with the right people and putting things in place, takes time.
When it comes to life, success, sports, becoming skilled and adding value at your passions, you are the sum of all of your training, repetition and practice. If you want to become good at something you are a novice at, you must study people who are already getting the results you want, do the same things they are doing and eventually, you will get the same or similar results. Time and repetition is the mother of skill. Being great and excellent at anything is the result of developing the habit of constant and consistent practice. 👊 🔥 💪
Today we buried not just a friend, but a member of our JDFitness family. Unfortunately I don’t have a photo of myself and Lawrence, but I’ll never forget you mate. There’s a life coaching message in your passing that tells us and reminds us that life is too short, so we should all just enjoy the here and now and do things that we enjoy, despite fear or anxiety. We only get one life and never know when a day will be our last. I’m proud to have known you buddy, it won’t be the same without you! R I P
We’ll see each other again one day ❤️
Being successful is the result of focusing on your outcomes and taking action based upon them. You must also focus on being productive, instead of simply being busy. When you spend your time doing things that directly move you towards your grandest goals and dreams in as few steps as possible, you become increasingly balanced and efficient. Living your life based around your outcomes also causes you to only spend your time with like-minded people and potential lovers who nurture, support and encourage achieving them. By focusing on emotionally compelling outcomes, taking action, learning from your mistakes, refining your approach and constantly trying to learn and get better, over time you will reach critical mass, and your goals will become an eventual and inevitable reality.
You don’t have to be financially rich to be successful! You just have to be happy, setting new goals and working toward achieving them to gain fulfilling purpose in your life. Productivity with things you are passionate about increases positively and if you can nail that then you’re successful ❤️ 💪
Proud to announce that I’m setting up meetings to restart JDFitness!!! 🔥

Trust me this is close to home and easier said than done, but it is correct nonetheless.
Everyone has to deal with setbacks and disappointments in life. The key is to not let difficult life events such as sudden job loss, death of a loved one, breakups, business failure, rejection, etc., hijack you and keep you in an endless loop of suffering, anger, disappointment, etc. Emotions and problems are a sign of life. However, most people do not feel comfortable experiencing their emotions, especially the unpleasant ones. When a negative life event happens and we try to avoid the emotions that it brings on, this emotional energy gets stored as muscle tension in our nervous system. This causes health problems as we age. What you resist in life will persist. The solution is to be authentically present with, embrace and feel the emotion, without judgment or resistance to feel it and heal it. By letting the emotion overcome you so you can experience the anger, fear, pain, sadness, loss, etc., this will allow the energy to move through your nervous system, dissolve and lose it’s negative charge and ability to hijack you emotionally. This is exactly how children experience emotions before friends, family and society forces its dysfunctional emotional avoidance patterns onto them. Kids are our greatest teachers. Physically and emotionally. Want to know how to lift something up with proper form? Watch a toddler pick up their toy. Want to know how to relieve emotions. Again, watch a kid. We adults screw ourselves over as we get older! Go back to basics and screw what others think. At the end of the day it’s your feelings and wellbeing that matters most! Kids are our greatest teachers if only we are willing to learn ❤️
Been having a break from social media but came back on tonight because I wanted to see if anyone can help me. My wife Jade has been hacked on Facebook and they’ve deleted her account. Can’t seem to get hold of any Facebook customer service. Any ideas?
Good morning everyone. Just to let you know due to it being nearly Christmas the classes will not be on until after. We will confirm a start up date in the new year!
Have a wonderful Christmas! See you all soon 🎄🎁🎅🤶
It’s mind-baffling how since I’ve put this ring on my finger my PTSD is gone. I’m actually back to my usual overconfident, perhaps a little egotistical, although I argue and call it self love and healing to love yourself, but 🤷♂️ I’m back to myself again and I feel powerful again. Can’t really explain it. Like a switch has been pressed 😝 I also feel a sense of peace and humbleness to just rebuild my fitness business from scratch, swallow my pride with doing whatever I can for cash to help finance the relaunch for after Christmas. Feels good to be back 😊 feels great to set new goals and targets and to get that passion and excitement back to start over. Perhaps it took this awful year to knock me down to remind me of who I am! 💪
Life coaching tip. ❤️
A great positive affirmation to use when you want to make changes in your life is to say to yourself, “Wouldn’t be nice if…” and fill in the end of that sentence with whatever positive outcome you would like to achieve. This will help your brain focus on, expand and look for people and circumstances that match your positive affirmation. This is a superior approach to telling yourself an affirmation that your brain knows is a lie such as, “I am rich!” when you are broke, or “I have a beautiful girlfriend!” when you are single, etc. These instead become, “Wouldn’t be nice if I eventually became rich?” or “Wouldn’t be nice if I met a beautiful woman who would be happy to become my girlfriend?” Your brain can agree with these statements and would focus on seeking and searching for the right people, circumstances and actions to take to make them a reality.
