How to use:
• Sit firmly in the machine with hips and back against the back seat
• Place elbows between the pads so that elbows are even with the middle of your chest
• Gently grasp the handles to maintain alignment
• Bring arms forward slightly to start
• Use your pectorals to pull arms together
• Push the machine back to starting position

Pumpkin and Carrot Soup! 🎃🥕
With fall here, what's better than a warm, comforting homemade soup?
How to:
1️⃣Prep the vegetables: In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until soft and golden.
2️⃣Cook: Add the pumpkin and carrots to the pot. Stir and let cook for a few minutes. Pour in the vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
3️⃣Blend the soup: Once the vegetables are cooked, use an immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth. If you prefer, you can transfer the soup to a traditional blender in batches, being careful not to overfill it to avoid splattering.
4️⃣Season: Add salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg to taste. If the soup is too thick, you can add a little water or broth until you reach the desired consistency.
