A new right jaw created by transplanting blood vessels, muscle and bone from the right hip showing the bone integrated with normal jaw bone. Awaiting dental implants after the removal of a benign but locally aggressive Ameloblastoma from the lower right jaw.

Three...it’s a magic number...especially when reconstructing the alar-nasi. The volume of the bilobe flap, shape and reconstruction of the nasolabial crease all add to the effect after removal of a facial skin cancer.
