Full of Life Kensington and Chelsea
Full of Life is a charity that supports and provides services to parent carers and their disabled ch
We were founded in 1994 by parents who were dissatisfied with the lack of information and support available for them to bring up their disabled children. This lead to the establishment of Full of Life, a single organization that helps with every aspect of their needs. Full of Life continues to grow and now supports over 500 families who live in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
Just to remind you that Professor Luke Clements has created a series of information videos about Social Care Law for Full of Life. Tess has a new job at Full of Life she checks parents in, takes them to our meeting room and brings our lunch. She really enjoys this! It's an important job and so we asked her if she wanted a badge with a job description on it. Did she want to be the receptionist or the Gatekeeper....she chose Gatekeeper! And so here she is with Charlotte and the totally brilliant Professor Luke Clements the oracle of social care law!!
Short Breaks are vital to our families who are lifelong carers.
The Short Breaks Service is being reviewed, one to one interviews and focus groups with families have already taken place. But if you haven't attended either of these, please click the link and complete the online survey. Your views matter!
The survey will be open until 5pm on 13th of December. There is a prize draw for a £50 amazon voucher and parents/carers are asked if they want to be entered into it as part of the survey questions.
