Finding the words – exploring your poetic self | Relational Spaces 18/04/2021

On Saturday 8th May I will be taking a workshop on Zoom with Relational Spaces. They are the community of therapists I joined and practiced with before the Lockdown and with whom I hope to be back with soon.
The workshop will be more centred around using words to stimulate creativity in terms of writing a poem more than therapy. Though I may touch briefly on possible therapeutic uses.
If you are interested please click on the link. This is open to every one.

Wishing anyone coming to this on 4th of April 2021 (Easter Day).

Sharing this article from the Guardian seems appropriate, given that the symbolism of Easter does point towards rebirth and the overcoming of death. This is perhaps what many of us are feeling after a year plus in lockdown. I suspect our lives won't be the same again afterwards. Hopefully this will also be good with the best of the old (our families, friends, pets, interests) will still be there. And maybe life will resume in a way that may enrich us. This article from the Guardian shows psychological ways that we might embrace this.
those changes.
