Great time with James from at the House of Lords today where we received an award for our work on the pyramid extension at Underhill Road. From pulling all nighters in SE1 in 2007 to larking around in SW1A in 2023. Boys done good.

BUR - Wall papered light switches, topaz tiles and Formica. Artefacts from well loved and lived family home. Here’s to the future!

COPSE - Planning granted for a series of smart extensions to this detached house near Bromley. Tesla van optional but I deffo would. Oh and is coming back in ‘23 so quality day all round really.

The Pyramid on Underhill Road has won a LABC award! A skips worth of blood sweat and tears went into this project so I am especially pleased that it has been recognised. Thanks to Ian Howard, , Leroy and Tomoko (the clients) and Hailu at Southwark Council Building Control for all your hard work. Proper team effort.

TEWKES - Plans approved by Lewisham for a red zinc clad two storey side extension with a panoramic window overlooking the city. We used the pre-planning advice service at Lewisham to get this unique form through the system first time.

Planning granted for a garden room and electric vehicle store in the curtilage of this handsome Grade II listed house in Dulwich. Symmetry was the driving factor. Many thanks to the excellent who prepared the arboricultural report.

BUSHY - Enjoyed working with to facelift this deco house in Beckenham. Lots of late nights turbo drawing, listening to ‘inspirational’ movie soundtracks and standing in the rain with these talented architectural nerds. Good fun.

One of the twins is Ill today so he’s with me. Worryingly at just over one year old he can unlock all of my tech with Face ID. Must be all that oil of Ulay that I used in the 80s!
