In life you will come across many people who do not understand you and who try to change you to suit their narrative. My mum is not one of them she just understands me and even though we don’t see each other all the time she’s knows my intentions are good and she loves me for who I am.

Losing my dad taught me that life is short and that people can be taken away at any moment. I wanted to take a moment to just appreciate the kindness, love and sacrifices my mum has made for all of us.

AVOCADO BENEFITS

MAKE YOUR OWN AVOCADO PASTA SAUCE 😋
Boil some wholewheat pasta in salted water - drain and put to one side once cooked
Take one avocado and blend along with the juice of one lemon and some roasted garlic.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix into pasta until it’s fully coated.
If you want you could crunch and sprinkle nuts on top (I didn’t have pecan so used almonds)
You could also use cheese if you prefer.
I also added some spinach blended with a little water into mine and it tasted great.
