After 3 full on years since lockdown, I'm taking an indefinite break from Sports Massage. A big thank you to all my clients and anyone who took time out to come to see me, your trust was.much appreciated. I will be back in some way or another at some point in the future 👍

Another successful year done working for St Oswald's Hospice great atmosphere and thank you to the volunteer team who make everything special. Shame the ended on a downpour but people still looked happy, hope everyone enjoyed themselves. I could now do with a massage myself 🤨🤣🤣

Hi everyone and Happy New Year! Just to let everyone know I'm back up and running at a new location at Croft House Chiropractic Clinic in Swalwell(just opposite the Metrocentre) I'll only be offering Wednesday appointments between 2-7 for the first few weeks then I will look to add more days. This is a massive step up for me to be working in such an established private health care environment and I'm looking forward to treating both my regular client and all the new clients I'm going to be treating going forward. OK folks, just to let you all know that I won't be practicing anymore at Newburn Activity Centre as of now. I'm in the process of trying to find another suitable premises to continue my business and will let you know when and where I'll be up and running as soon as I can but for the meantime I'm unable to treat clients.
I just want to thank everyone who has trusted their sore muscles to me over the last 2 years and to Newburn Activity Centre for giving me the opportunity to start my business there.

Working at the today for the very special charity . Looking forward to meeting anyone who is running today and would like to benefit from some recovery. My presence here has absolutely nothing to do with the free sausage rolls donated by 😬

After the exertions of the last 2 weeks with helping athletes win gold medals(whilst breaking world records) 😴 and just generally making people feel better, it's time to take some time off from the old massaging game for a few weeks and take some much needed RnR. If anyone needs me I'll be recuperating in a cryo chamber, just down and 4th from the left of Walt Disney 🥶

My stint at the is now done and what an amazing experience it was. I got to meet and treat Athletes from all over the world from Cameroon sprinters to Samoan Discus throwers. I also got to work with some amazing SMT's who I learned a lot from. Next stop 😉

Just wanted to share a Feel the Knead success story. I treated this lady a few days ago . She is a Nigerian Para Athlete called Goodness and last night she won a gold medal and set a new world record in the Discus. Every little helps 🙌

A little shot of me in action today at the recovery tent here at the athlete's village. This guy was part of the South African mens Hockey Team, one of three players I treated today. Nice lads too

Day one done! Working in the athletes gym inside the Athlete's Village in this tent which I'm sure has been borrowed from the Great British Bake Off....

Things are hotting up for my tenure at the in July, in Birmingham yesterday for some training and good to go. Looking forward to working with Athletes from all over the world(and I hear the feeling is mutual on their part) Bring it on 🙌
