Do you know the stallions that received super premium sire status 2024???
Introducing… Lickfolds Snowstorm!
A note from his owner:
‘He loves attention and is like a teddy bear! When we used to show him he loved to sleep in the lorry with us, we would give him the back of the lorry and leave the door open so he’d have his tea with us and then he’d always stomp around in the middle of the night and wake us up.
He qualified for Olympia twice in the same week back in the day when NPS ran it, winning the Championship at NPS Champs beating 120 ponies that day and then 5 days later won another qualifier at the Breed Show.
He has sired pure and part breds including N Midnight Blue who has in the last 3 seasons won HOYS/Windsor/RIHS twice and stood Res Supreme pony this year LR SHP. All his stock are very versatile and will turn a hoof to anything. They always have amazing temperaments!’
- Jacky Newberry
Lickfolds Snowstorm was born in 1998 and has been with the Newoak stud since 2004.
According to grassroots Lickfolds Snowstorm has sired 39 registered Dartmoor ponies.
Grassroots is our database that is being updated to include breeding information on all registered Dartmoor ponies! Have you used it yet??
