It’s been a while since I posted. I’ve been making a few changes to my work life balance, looking after my health and of course making time to have some reflexology treatments myself 😊 and I’m feeling all the better for it x

Full day of clients today. Also, we’ve gone eco friendly, no more baby wipes, washable cheeky wipes from now on 🤗👣 x
