I have over 350 hours learning and training, including qualifying with the British Wheel of Yoga with a 300-hour BWYQ Level 4 Certificate in Teaching Yoga. These classes will be a supportive space to navigate and alleviate challenging menopause symptoms, using yogic tools.
If you want to experience the benefits of yoga to support your menopause journey, come and join me at NR12 Fitness, on a 4-week course starting on Monday 22nd January 2024.
I teach yoga classes with specially adapted yoga poses, breathing techniques and mindful meditation practices that can help positively manage menopause symptoms.
You may be requested to bring your own yoga mat and additional props which will be communicated in advance of each session. The gym will provide some equipment, which will also be communicated.
👉 The course for the 4-week course, is priced at £36 for members of NR12 Fitness and £40 for non-members.

WHY HEMISPHERE?
The name 'Hemisphere' has a two-fold meaning, and seemed a perfect way to brand my business. Firstly, our brain is split into two hemisphere's the left and right, each hemisphere has sensory and motor control of the opposite side of the body - sometimes one side of our brain is more dominant than the other - through regular yoga practice we can encourage balance. Secondly, I have a profound love of travel, experiencing different cultures in the northern or southern hemisphere, which have profoundly influenced my way of life, and are present in my practice of yoga.
