⛔️ STOP, STOP IT, just DON’T foam roller your IT Band!
If I had a Penny for every person who’s asked me about foam rolling their IT Band I’d have about… erm a Pound; not a lot of dough but still a lot of questions!
Ok, firstly the IT band is not a muscle; it is a thick band of fibrous fascia - so rollering it it or someone rubbing the heal of their hand to ‘stretch’ it (you can’t stretch it) is pointless, useless, madness, likely to irritate the IT Band and bloody hurt!
If you think you need your IT Band worked on, give me a shout and I can help - BUT I won’t be stretching it for you!

Complete fitness are looking for an outgoing and interactive personal trainer to join our training team full or part time.
The trainer will be expected to deliver personal training, circuit training and assist in gym duties.
Trainers deliver the Titan Training series and are expected to physically undertake this to stay current and understand the effects for the clients.
Ability to communicate and personal interaction skills are a needed.

Looking forward to seeing you all over the festive break and into the new year, we are maintaining our protocols to keep everyone safe and healthy.
We would like to lay out some guidelines which will make the process a lot smoother and safer for everyone. We hope you can help us to help you by following these simple steps.
1. Enter the gym from the Main Front Entrance at your planned booking time.
2. Use the hand cleaning station to sanitise your hands.
3. Check your temperature with our digital thermometer. (If above 38C then DO NOT ENTER GYM)
4. Swipe in. (Or see staff)
5. Observe signage.
6. Observe one way where applicable (downstairs)
7. Give way in narrow areas (toilet corridor and stairs)
8. Respect the space of others.
9. Clean equipment after use.
10. Exit via Heigham Street (fire exit at rear of gym)
