Last week was the hardest one as I have been competing non-stop and at the end it got to me where I started to feel exhausted and it is hard not just mentally but the body too.

Recently I experienced "dirty" feeling. I can honestly say I eat well and healthy, clean food, however I recently felt that I had loads of "dirty food" you know what we call "dirty food" 🤔🍰🍩🍔.
The thing is very simple we put loads of different types of food into our stomach and we need to give a break to our digestion system and clean it. Maintain healthy digestion system is important part of bodybuilding, without good health not gonna go far 👀

I don't try to look pretty at the gym. It's me and my workouts and weights.
Post competitions I don't have much motivation to workout as before my first one, but I know I need to stay focus and sharp. Just over a month on my bulking I have improved and gained muscle mass.
Let me tell you being on low calories is hard, but is great to see you nice shredded body, to bulk and eat a lot, personally for me is difficult as well and mentally so see your body filling up all the lines and no more visible muscles and abs is just when you wan to cry. But nothing is impossible always can change things you don't like
Stay positive and keep on track is important 💕 fallow your dreams 💕 put your work and you won't notice when you get where you want
