🌈On the outskirts of London City, amidst the chaos and clamour, I emerged from the crucible of life. Raised by parents struggling with their own battles, my world at times was one of uncertainty and inconsistency. Time in social care was both a crucible that forged my resilience and a period when I felt abandoned and detached. While it provided a semblance of stability, the true anchor I sought was not to be found within the walls of institutions.
From there, my path led me through customer service and high-paced environments. I thrived on the energy, determined to rise above my circumstances. I became a beacon of high-vibe positivity, determined to carve my own narrative.
Then came the adventure into parenthood, a journey fraught with its own trials and triumphs. Through the sleepless nights and tender moments, I learned the true depth of my own strength.
The pivotal move from the cacophony of the outskirts of London to the tranquil embrace of Lincolnshire marked a turning point. Doubt and uncertainty crept in, questioning the purpose of this transition. But deep within, I knew it was a stride towards a life of abundance, a step closer to my truest self.
Life played its hand once more with the arrival of a premature baby, my very own, who fought in the clinical embrace of the NICU. Day after day with a tender heart, I stood witness, breath held, as delicate fingers reached out for the thread of life. It was in this crucible that the seeds of resilience and determination were sown furthermore.
With a receptive spirit and an unyielding dedication to self-improvement, I've harnessed the transformative potential of neurogenesis in my quest for mental enrichment and vitality. This journey led me to attain certifications and embark on my training as a coach, specializing in holistic modalities, this is an achievement I wear with pride. Guided by The Coaching Masters, a globally esteemed Coaching Training Academy, I embarked on a path of reformation -shedding the layers of the past and embracing the boundless potential that resides within.
The external environment may change, but the foundation of a healthy mindset remains unwavering. I am a testament to the power of resilience, a living embodiment of the beauty that surrounds us, both in the world and within ourselves. Through it all, I have learned that strength is not the absence of adversity, but the ability to rise in the face of it. It can be dimmed down so low you feel there is no light or the light can be so bright that there now, is no tunnel but only the light towards your destiny 🧭
When I say small steps create huge strides I genuinely mean it and have lived these small steps. Steps at times that have been so small I felt that I hadn’t even nudged. I did nudge, I just hadn’t noticed but when I look back over the years i have made huge strides with my small ‘ unnoticeable’ steps I felt I wasn’t making.
Those small steps do and will always continue to creating huge stride.
The path may change, yes but your footsteps still continue on. At times in an unknown direction until clarity helps you see what lies beneath and has been with you all along 🫶

Mental Health - NICU awareness 👩🍼
The reason behind is my life's journey that has led me down different paths.
In 2018, I experienced a journey that I never wanted to take, the illness of my child. As a parent, it's not something you ever want to experience. The journey was a mix of emotions, including upset, pain, the unknown and unpleasant.
In October 2018, our NICU journey began, and it has been with me ever since. My daughter arrived at 27 weeks & 5 days during pregnancy and is one of the many NICU miracle babies.
As a past NICU parent with a child who was an inpatient for 107 days, I have experienced how difficult and overwhelming the journey is and how it can impact mental and physical wellbeing. Throughout my journey, I felt many emotions, some of which were distress, anger, confusion and despair.

Stigmas and expectations can become overwhelming 🤯
As a young child with ADHD feelings of being unable to grasp that feeling of being ‘different’ to many peers can become difficult 😣
When these feelings are learned to be enhanced by an environment and not to demotivate an individual, it can be turned into a superpower and what makes a person unique🦄
