Our Young Adult carers recently had their first session of Ecotherapy! We took a group of 6 YACs plus our volunteer to Poole Farm, where we fed the animals (our favourite was Piggy Smalls), took part in a blindfolded fox walk, measured trees, grounded our senses in nature and finished the session with hot chocolate and toasted marshmallows around the fire. The YACs really enjoyed the session and are looking forward to the next four weeks.
