Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body.

It is a slow paced style of yoga, combining meditation and breath work, holding floor based poses for 3-5 minutes. Complete are very beginners welcome.

End your day with relaxing, gentle Yin yoga in a calming environment lit by soft candlelight. The class ends with a 10 minute meditation to leave you feeling blissfully rested and calm ✨

Improves flexibility, circulation, and joint mobility. It also releases tension in the body, which can help with muscles and joints.

If you’ve been looking for a new workout routine that can give you a good balance of flexibility, strength, muscle tone and help for a few aches and pains, Pilates may be the answer.

While athletes and dancers are especially vulnerable to repetitive motion injuries, they happen to all of us occasionally. That’s why Pilates can benefit a much wider range of people as well as help you heal from injuries.

What links Yoga and Pilates is breath work, so this is also a focus during Pilates class. I will offer each movement in progressing levels from complete beginners to more advanced versions of the exercise, so you really can take every class at your pace to suit your body.

Please bring your mat, maybe blocks and a strap too.

Join me at the beautiful Llanasa Village Hall, on Sunday 6th October for this Autumn grounding workshop to leave you feeling calm and peaceful.

Autumn is a time of change, letting go of the old to make way for the new. With each breath we can exhale anything that no longer serves us, preparing our bodies and minds for the season ahead.

Following our breath work (Pranayama) the class will consist of an extra slow and gentle yoga flow. We will settle into some soft seated stretches before we recline on our mats, with the warmth of the heated floor beneath us.

Wrap up in a cosy blanket to enjoy a relaxing guided meditation Nidra to complete the experience 🍁🍂

What a fantastic evening! I’m still on a high from such lovely feedback ☺️ it was great to give students the space to explore the asanas, to ask questions and to feel the true nature of each pose.

This feedback just proves that even seasoned Yogis can benefit from workshops like this. Being able to spend time with each student was so beneficial to myself as a teacher too, I’m so grateful to everyone that attended.

There is also another workshop coming up on 6th October, something a little bit different, Autumn grounding 🍂🍁 this will be a slow flow with some Yin poses and a magical Yoga Nidra to finish. I hope to see some of you there 🙏🏼

An energetic class with dynamic movements using the breath to align the body and mind.

You don't need to be an experienced Yogi to attend this class. However, a fair/good level of fitness for this class is advised.

A yoga workshop perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike. I will offer a variety of adjustments for yoga poses to ensure you have the correct alignment for you and your body.

If you are passionate about yoga and interested in ensuring that you are practising correctly, then this is the place for you. Even seasoned yoga students may feel that there are some asansas (poses) that they don't connect with, or perhaps do not even realise that an adjustment is needed.

This will be a smaller class so that I can spend time with each student and allow room for questions, explanations and demonstrations.

I will also be introducing props, blocks and straps and how to use them to benefit your yoga practice.

Limited spaces, so booking in advance is advised.

Yin yoga can improve your flexibility and range of motion by stretching and twisting tissues that can become bound together from sedentary lifestyles and strength-based exercises.

Yin yoga can help you relax and slow down, which can reduce stress and anxiety and restore your energy levels.

Complete beginners are welcome. You will need to bring a yoga mat and yoga blocks. I suggest bringing a blanket too. End your day with relaxing and gentle Yin yoga in a calming environment.
