Anyone wanting to try Padel on the day should wear appropriate footwear - trainers or tennis/padel shoes.

A few more photos from our Centenary Tournament Event - just one week ago today. 😉 What a great day. Our members really got into the swing of things, wearing white to recognise that this would have been the tradition when tennis was first played here in 1924. Still can't believe we are 100 years old. We now have 7 fully floodlit, all weather tennis courts and cater for all ages and all abilities. A bit different to the 2 shale courts back in 1924 when only Summer tennis would have been available.

We are officially 100 years old!
We were blessed with lovely weather last Sunday for our centenary family tournament event. Over 100 members, ex members, family and friends turned out to help us celebrate our 100th birthday. It was a fun packed day which included a family tennis tournament for all ages, a ceremonial cake cutting, food, drink and some great live music provided by two of our own tennis members. Thank you to everyone who helped us celebrate, it was certainly a day to remember in more ways than one.
Not quite a pot of gold at the end of this rainbow on Monday night... Instead a great night of competitive tennis, on the artificial clay courts for our Fylde Ladies Div2 Team.
