Helps relieve stress, helps you sleep better, best results for weight loss, decreases the symptoms of all stages in menopause, reduces the risk of heart disease, diabetes 2 and a lot of other health issues, one mainly being our mental health.

A fabulous experience at the great north swim at Windermere. Over the 3 days out of all the competitors I can't believe I came 9th in my age and gender group and out of all the hundreds of people that Participated over the 3 days I was 90th overall, I am so so proud of myself. It just goes to show if you put your mind to it and not listen to negative thoughts you can achieve what you thought was once an absolute no go area 💪
Well I did it, braved the great North swim 🏊♀️ not only have I never done open water swimming, I have a fear of going in lakes and the sea. I did no training beforehand I literally just turned up, put my brave pants on and went in. I had a bit of panic attack halfway but took a few deep breaths and battled on 👊👊
