A few highlights from yesterday's wonderful crystal soundbath at Claxton's Hair Studio. I absolutely love how the sound just moves and flows through that space - the reverberance truly allows those frequencies to move and vibrate beautifully throughout.

The group's energy was so open and peaceful, thank you all for generously sharing your experiences. The session focused on re-energizing and releasing any accumulated stresses from the day or week. It was great to hear it took everyone to a very deep, relaxing place. 😌

The singing bowl’s sound is an eternal note that brings us back to the awareness of the present.

I love the deep resonant, soul warming tone it produces. Played slowly, the singing bowl’s vibrations lull you into a state of total relaxation and presence.

A few impressions from Saturday’s Yoga + Soundbath session.

The combination was simply perfect. The yoga session primed everyone to fully reap the benefits of the Soundbath.

Yoga harmonizes the body and mind through movement and breath, while the Soundbath, with its resonant instruments, facilitated a profound state of tranquility, releasing physical and emotional tension. 🧘‍♀️

It was great to see both new faces and familiar ones in the session. The atmosphere felt great, and the space provided a beautiful sanctuary amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. At the end of the session, we enjoyed some cool refreshments and engaged in a heartfelt round of sharing.
