We are delighted to announce the winners of our drama awards this year. 🎭 🏆

The main award goes to Oleksandra, who arrived in England two years ago due to the invasion of Ukraine. She spoke no English and knew no one upon her arrival. In that time, she has passed two exams with distinction, including one in which she discussed a portrait she painted of her brother. She is now preparing for her first acting exam, performing a delightful character piece where she plays the Plum Pudding Flea. Her work ethic is exemplary, and she gives 100% effort each week. Well done, young lady, on a well-deserved award this year. 👏🏼

The second award is a special recognition drama award for Hannah, celebrating her fantastic results in her recent exam. She performed two challenging pieces, achieving an impressive 93 marks at distinction. Her ‘Cigarettes and Chocolate’ monologue set to the music of 'The Passion of St Matthew' was truly an incredible piece of work. 😇

Once again, well done to these two talented young ladies. 👏🏼

Our next set of LAMDA (London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art) exams is coming up this term, and we all wish the best of luck to all our students. Break a leg, everyone! 🌟
