So chuffed with this feedback-
As many of you know I rarely undertake training in August, choosing to focus on my friends and family whom I neglect the rest of the year when I'm working! However I couldn't say no to a recent plea of help one Monday, saying please come Wednesday! they caught me at a weak moment when I was on my way to a food tour in Madrid! But I am so glad I did help, despite getting home from the airport at 3 am the same day!

Another great training session on Adult Safeguarding. It’s so important to be able to recognise the signs of elder abuse.

Some lovely feedback again in the last couple of months. It is such a privilege to train carers in Health and Social Care and it is always so gratifying to get such positive feedback

Another busy weekend for Training Tank, renewing our Moving and Handling Training licence.

Some great feedback again from Crossroads SEL. Such a privilege to train such dedicated and professional care workers.

Great training with colleagues this morning looking at trauma informed ‘person centred care’ as a strengths-based approach to care planning where we can respond to the impact of any trauma to beneficiaries we support in the community.

Our approach emphasises the physical, psychological, and emotional safety of our users and aims to empower them to be independent and empowered around their own choices and wellbeing.

It seems forever ago since I last posted on Training Tank’s page. I’m sure it must be the same for many of you too. We are so busy doing, we forget to share! So what better way to get back into media shape than by sharing ‘It’s our birthday!’ 8 years old this September 🥰🤩🎉

Phew what a fast and furious year 2022 is turning out to be. It was great to be back in the training room with one of my favourite clients.

Wow, where has the time gone! As lockdown begins to ease it has been great to get back into care homes to train in person once again. It's been wonderful to be back with such amazing, thoughtful and hardworking carers. Fingers crossed this will continue. Stay safe everyone.
