My Pilates Matwork classes restart next week. Classes have limited spaces to ensure you can get my full personal attention and get corrections when you need them.

My NEW Pilates Matwork class Sat 7.30am starts this Saturday 11th May. The class is suitable for beginners and anyone returning to Pilates.
Adding Pilates into your week will complement ANY other sport you do, for example if youβre a golfer improving your rotation, a runner strengthening and mobilising for that all important balance to be able to keep at that pace.
Pilates targets the deep intrinsic stability muscles responsible for posture, strengthening them from inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it back into alignment, reducing joint aches and pains.
Working to move through their full range of movement.
You will learn to understand the idea and reason behind each movement. You will learn functional movement while bringing focus to your mind. You will practice Pilates correctly in a safe, calm friendly environment at the Pilates Workshop, St Albans, www.thepilatesworkshop.co.uk
