Normally, I post all the goodies I make for on my stories, but this needed its own post 🤯

I can't cope with these blondies... they're UNREAL 🔥..White chocolate blondie base, filled with Rolos (👉SWIPE for a side on of the slices 👉), and topped with 1kg of homemade salted caramel and chunks of dairy milk caramel and white chocolate chips 🔥

You'll think I'm too excited until you taste them, then you'll realise this is such an understatement 🥵

I've been a busy bee since my last post, but just like last year, January will always be a time for baking 🥰

2 years ago today, we lost my incredible Grandad and I'm raising money in his memory for the British Heart Foundation, a charity that was very close to his heart.

Those who know me know that he did so much for me and my business. Together with my Nan, he was my best customer. They visited my café 3 times a week and never let someone walk past without telling them it was the best café in Southport (or more shouting at them in my Grandad's case). I wouldn't be where I am today without him❤

As of today, I'll be taking orders for boxes of 12 mixed cupcakes for collection on Friday 27th January. These will be at a discounted price of £15, and I'm donating every penny to the British Heart Foundation. 🎄🎁CHRISTMAS UPDATE🎅☃️

Sorry it's been a while since I've made an actual post, for those that know me you'll know this one has been has been a long time coming.

This Christmas, I've made the difficult decision not to take orders for my usual Christmas boxes. For the last 7 years, I've missed out on Christmas parties and seeing friends and family on the run up to Christmas, and been ill every single Christmas Day because I've worked so much on the run up to it and burned myself out.

But this isn't a sympathy post, I've worked 80+ hour weeks as the norm because it's been what I love and if I could go back I wouldn't change it. But this year I've decided to take a step back from the business and have a bit more time to myself and time to see my family and I feel so much better for it. Even managed to have a little festive get away with my girls (pictured, don't I just have the most beautiful friends btw🥰). I never could have done that in past years.

So this post is just to say that with this in mind, together with the rising cost of everything (2+ quid for a block of butter whaaaaat) I'll be taking a break indefinitely from my usual cake orders. Of course I'll still be supplying my faves at where you can get all your goodies and the best coffee I've ever had (ask for an Aintree latte, you won't be disappointed 🤤). Existing orders still stand, and I'll still be posting stuff about the cakes I bake, but at least for now I won't be taking any more orders for any birthday cakes/ treat boxes/ postal brownies etc.

Thank you for all your support over the years, not just the orders but the smiles, the messages, the lovely comments and so on. The words I can type in a post can never show the gratitude I have for you all. I still pinch myself thinking I've made a living for nearly 8 years by baking a few cakes 🥲

Have a wonderful Christmas, and I wish you the happiest and healthiest of New years. Look after yourselves and your families you wonderful fantastic spectacular bunch of people ❤️

I just had to make a giant American flag to match 🤩🇺🇸 so much glitter, sprinkles and factually accurate number of stars!

This was the cupcake cake I made for for independence day weekend to go with the cake on my previous post 🤩 This was made up of a LOT of cupcakes... It was so big no cake board was big enough, so I not only had to combine two, but create a makeshift background in my garden to be able to get a photo of the whole thing 😂
