In the first photo, Debs had already been going to the gym almost every day… For years…
She’d already lost loads of weight by herself but she couldn’t add any shape to her body. No matter how hard she tried 😭
Which was pi***ng her off BIG TIME 😬
It’s because a few key things were missing. The main one being progressive overload.
Since Debs joined me, we’ve stayed consistent to her plan throughout. Gradually lifting & eating more 💪🏼
She’s really filled out her frame whilst keeping her waist in just as much as it was when we started 👌🏼
