"My passion is in transformations; whether thats building muscle, weight loss or helping a client get fit after injury.
I've been coached through 2 photoshoots, during which I've achieved significant weight loss. I feel that having walked the walk myself is what allows me to stand out & to relate to my clients.
I absolutely love being a coach & the relationships that I've built with my clients over the years. For me, personal training is about having fun whilst working together to achieve the desired result.
Lastly, here's a few things I love in my daily life:
- First sip of coffee (Black Americano for those asking)
- Seeing my clients & the other trainers at TWPT
- My own training session (5 day split with cardio included)
