We are launching a new programme, designed for people aged 50+ with or at risk of Dementia, called Love to Move!

Love to Move is an innovative seated gymnastics programme that is helping to change the lives of people with dementia and long-term health conditions – with demonstrable physical, emotional and cognitive benefits.

Developed based on scientific evidence, Love to Move is an age and dementia friendly exercise programme that engages participants with simple hand movements set to music, and has been shown to help improve their mobility, strength, and flexibility.

⚠️If you are a local care home, community centre or home care provider, and would like to provide this activity to your residents, customers or beneficiaries,

you can book us for 1 hr on a regular basis.

Over 50 children and their parents completed 2 km walk and 15 mins of stretches this morning.

They all came dressed up and in great moods!

They met new people and had
A LOT of fresh air...

Everyone said " it was SO much fun".

We couldn't have done this without our volunteers : 17 years old Bipan and Marta from Little Vips - awesome morning! Huge well done!
And on the day help with the set up Ania and Paulina !
Really grateful for your help.

The community had a great day thanks to you guys!!! ❤️

P.s. We were prepared for 48 children
this meant some children did not receive their treat bag...
Luckily we had enough sweets for everyone!
