We can never spend too much time in prayer or studying the Word of God; every minute we dedicate to God is worth it and is never a waste of time. Let's not become people who are too busy doing other things end up neglecting the most important thing; spending time with God. 🙌🏼

For my time with God I love to set up my zen space ready to spend time with Him.

I love to have all the things with me that puts me into that mindset such as my Meditation roller ball, candle, my money wallet, my crystals, my pens, my gratitude note paper, my meditation cross my plant, I have here all my elements 🔥 🌱 💧 with me in this space.
Could I still have my this time with God without all these things? Absolutely! But having them makes this time so much more pleasurable, more productive, more relaxing, creating that special time with him more personal.

Sometimes we can feel like We’ve lost our sense of purpose, and feel totally drained physically and emotionally did you ever think for one moment it could simply mean we need a re charge through grounding.

Did you know that the ground earth 🌍 the sun ☀️ the trees 🌳 the sea 🌊 the sand, all our beautiful earths nature that’s totally free to us it is our our very own power station ⚡️🪫 our energy source.

Just 30 minutes sat by a tree with your back against it or even hugging a tree, or grounding your bare feet on the ground, or paddling in the river or sea or walking on the sand will recharge you with healing earths energy 🙌🏼

If you don’t believe me please try it for yourself and tell me you don’t feel the power of healing earths energy.✌🏼

What I didn’t show ☝🏼 is after my my time spent sitting here with my back resting against this beautiful tree I hugged, kissed and gave her thanks for my healing ⚡️🪫🌳 💜

I’m 54 now, and I wish I knew years ago what I know now about holistic and Ayurveda health and Beaty care, especially the benefits of Ayurveda lifestyle which can help create the “feel good” factor and stillness of mind.

Normally for me to dye my roots with a box dye would be a 20 minute process but now it’s more like a 2 day event, but I love it, I genuinely love the entire routine I have going on now with my hair care day/s for myself and my crown.

This weekend, Friday I applied my henna. Saturday applied my Indigo, and today I’ve applied my Amla hair oil all washed down with a glass of 🍷😁

My hair has never felt so good and I’ve never felt so good taking care of it, creating new habits of self love when I needed it most.

Ayurveda is a perfect way to redesign your personal lifestyle I’ve learned so much about myself and the person I want to become, this is only the beginning.

Aging is out of your control, how you handle it though, is in your hands.

WOW 🤩 is an understatement, over these Reese bites I made earlier today 😍 …. not so ecstatic that I’ve managed to demolish them all 😳

Seriously though you have to try them! So simple to make and only 4 Ingredients needed 🤗

To make 6 Reese Bites I used 👇🏼

🥥30g coconut flour
🥜 3 Tbs Peanut Butter make sure pure pb)
🍫50g Dark Chocolate ( I used 85% )
🍁1 Table Maple syrup

5 ingredients if you count the pinch of Celtic sea salt 😉

In your bowl mix your peanut butter along with you coconut flour, maple syrup into a dough like consistency then shape into what ever shape you want 😘 set in freezer for around 20 minutes

Melt your chocolate, coat and set in freezer again for around 10 minutes there you have it voilà 👏🏼

Tip, if your peanut butter is thick try melting it slightly and adjust the amount of coconut flour ratio for your consistency. You want a kinda dough consistency.

He received 39 stripes because 40 was known to kill a man. They wanted Him alive.

They held handfuls of His beard, and hair and pulled it out by the roots. They wanted Him alive.

They kicked, punched, and spit on Him for hours. Until there wasn't a single spot on His body not covered in blood. They wanted Him alive.

They shoved a crown of thorns down on His head so harshly it stuck in His skin. They wanted Him alive.

After hours of being beaten, mocked, whipped, flogged, and tortured they made Him walk with a cross. They made Him carry it. A rough piece of wood with splinters digging into fresh wounds. They wanted Him alive.

They wanted Him to feel every ounce of pain they could bring. He had to feel it in order to heal us.

Crucifixion was historically one of the cruelest most tortured deaths a human could face. Hours upon hours of torture. Torture most of us can not mentally think of because the cruelty isn't normal. It isn't something our minds can comprehend.

We celebrate Easter with pastel colors, happy children hunting eggs, and chocolate. Truth is there was absolutely nothing happy about the day Jesus died. It was cruel, bloody, and nasty.

He could have stopped all of it. He could have called every angel in heaven to demolish every person standing and shouting "Crucify Him!" He didn't. He knew in order to have a Sunday you have to have a Friday.

He knew in order to have joy you have to carry your cross. He felt everything that day.

He felt how your heart broke wide open when you had to watch your baby die.

He felt how heavy your life was when you were staring down the barrel of a gun wondering if the man you called husband was going to shoot you.

He carried the weight of the burden you have felt since your spouse died and life just doesn't seem right since.

On that cross He held the rapists and murderers, the sinner and the saint. He leveled every playing field and said ALL of you are worth it.

He knew He had to carry the cross. He never promised the cross you carry in this life would not be heavy. His wasn't. He carried it easily, for us.

His promise is that Sunday is coming, no matter how heavy Friday is. Financially, emotionally, mentally, or physically. Friday is heavy. That cross is weighing you down and you are about to crumble under its weight.

His promise was simply this: He won't make you carry it alone.

What kind of king would step down from his throne for this?

Jesus of Nazareth, did. For you.

He did every bit of it for you and me. Oh yes, it is heavy. So heavy sometimes you do not think you can take one more step. But look up, because Sunday is coming.

On this day we pulled up in a lay by in north wales and heated up some soup for the soul 🥰

Dining alfresco felt so good 🧘🏻‍♀️🍲

Wine is not only good for the soul, it’s good for your gut health too. 🥰

In the bible Paul also tells us “Drink no longer water, but use a little wine for thy stomach's sake and thine often infirmities" (1 Tim 5:23).

So go ahead Drink that glass of wine 🍷 with joy.
I for one need no more convincing and most certainly no have no guilt in doing so✌🏼
