Want to learn what Muay Thai is about? Then no better way than to try our Team USF introduction course! It’s 6 sessions over 3 weeks for just £30 and is aimed at total beginners. A good friend of Urban who was with us at the beginning enjoying his fitness journey has had a tragic accident and with a young family arriving just a few months ago they could all do with a little help in what is going to be a very hard time.
