Stone Age Bread is packed with healthy nuts and seeds, super easy to make, can be stored for about a week in the fridge and can go in the freezer too.

Its a fantastically filling healthy snack. It tastes great on its own or you can have it with both savoury or sweet sides. But alone it's handy when you're out & about or it might just do the trick during a night feed. It's high in satiety (which is about keeping us fuller for longer) this comes from the protein & fibre in the nuts & seeds.

However take note, along with all the great benefits it comes with a high calorie count, approx 200 per slice (20 slices a loaf) so please eat responsibly .. it's a very moreish Nordic Loaf.

Meet Xanthe, now that's what I call progress!

Xanthe joined last August and didn't like photos or the gym! Since then she has transformed into someone who enjoys exercise, is a total superstar, and looks forward to our sessions! Xanthe has put in so much work and dedication resulting in new found confidence. I am so impressed with the effort she has put in and so pleased she is seeing the results she wanted.

How did Xanthe get these results?

1. Worked consistently, we created a training plan which was intense and progressive, but also flexible.

2. Simple but effective changes to her diet, increasing protein, and keeping weekend treats in the mix!

3. Worked hard, trained regularly, and fitted the classes around her schedule and lifestyle.
