Challenge-led procurement is an approach to sourcing goods and services that involves defining a specific problem or challenge and inviting potential suppliers or partners to propose innovative solutions - in an efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable manner.
This approach is particularly relevant in sectors that require innovative solutions, such as healthcare, technology, and the environment, and it is seen as a way to tap into external expertise, foster creativity, and address complex problems more effectively.
Our challenge-led approach to procurement has allowed us to help many large and public sector organisations innovate and make an impact.💫
