Just a reminder that on Monday 26th August, it is a bank holiday and we will, therefore, be open at our reduced hours of 11-3.

We will have a pharmacist on duty that can provide most services, with the exception to Independent Prescribing.

We can still offer treatments on the Common Ailments Service, issue emergency supplies of some medicines (including emergency contraception) and provide the Sore Throat Test and Treat service.

We believe that the purse belongs to a child and possibly arrived with her Grandad.

We will have two pharmacists this coming Friday between the hours of 12.00-16.00. We will be able to provide our usual services, as normal but in addition, we have decided to allocate this time slot to offering our customers the opportunity to have their inhaler technique reviewed and offer any advice/support required.

If you are on repeat medication for inhalers or due collect your medication, ask one of our team members. The appointment itself doesn't take too long but long enough to ensure you are getting the upmost benefit from your treatment.

Please be aware that we are experiencing technical issues retrieving stock from our hub.

This is not a branch issue and affecting the wider Rowlands.

As a result, this is creating delays with fulfilling prescriptions and adding additional pressure on our team to dispense items in branch. This also means that we might not have all of your items available upon collection.

Where possible, we are kindly asking that you wait for a confirmation text and only collect prescriptions in urgent situations, until this issue is resolved.

As we are approaching Easter, our opening hours will differ from our usual.

With exception to Good Friday and Easter Monday, our opening hours will remain the same.

Our opening hours for Good Friday and Easter Monday will be 11-3.

Friday 29th, Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st, we will be able to provide our usual services, including the sort throat test and treat. Monday 1st April we will be able to provide services on the common ailments scheme but not the sore throat test and treat service.
