We will introduce to you some special wines from the finest French producers. Special bottles will be selected/curated during this event for wine lovers.

A surprise 3-course menu will be served on a large sharing table. A French family concept that will enhance your dining experience.

Chef Messina's skilful use of dry aging cooking, prepared in-house at our restaurant, enhances the natural flavours of the chicken and adding Sichuan Pepper is an interesting technique. The chicken expresses all its tenderness and juiciness with an added concentrated flavour thanks to the dry aging.

"Seine-et-Marne Fougerous Cheese: The perfect brie to assert your dominance at any cheese board." Fougerus is a mold-ripened cow's milk cheese from Brie family produced by Rouzaire. To make it, milk is sourced from 20 local farms situated in the Seine-et-Marne region south of Paris. At Bacchus Wine and Restaurant, we have it uniquely fresh and flown-in.
