Embla is a contemporary Nordic fine dining restaurant that opened 2022 in Hong Kong.

A new creative endeavor for Chef Jim Löfdahl who was Executive Chef at the successful restaurant Frantzén’s Kitchen 2016 – 2021.

Kräftskiva, or crayfish party is a highlight on the Swedish calendar. An annual seafood fest with lots of side dishes, drinks and joyous songs, the crayfish party is a celebration dear to Swedes of all ages. Kalix löjrom or Vendace roe is the roe from a small salmon fish specifically from the Bothnian Bay in the northern part of Sweden.
We use it for one of your first courses on the menu with cured yellowtail, radishes and flavours of elderflower.
