The scheme provides on-the-job training for interested individuals who are ethnic minorities. Those who finish the training may also be offered a contract as full-time lifeguard with a monthly salary of more than HK$20,000.

Recently, a wonderful group of diverse women joined the mooncake-making class hosted by the Yang Memorial Methodist Social Service Yau Tsim Mong Family Education and Support Center.
Not only did they learn the art of making mooncakes, but they also got to experience the cultural significance of this traditional Chinese festival and the importance of family reunions.

【Why is GUT HEALTH so Important?!】

In a healthy gut, there are sufficient beneficial bacteria(gut microbiome) to protect the intestinal walls from toxin damage. If the gut is not in good health, an endoscopic examination would reveal many pits, narrowed intestinal walls which collect the waste, resulting in an abundance of harmful bacteria.
