龍蝦控又黎lobster shack🤤🤤今次我地去會一會佢地個最新weekday dinner menu，今次啲items 幾吸引，個前菜可以加錢要龍蝦湯同小蜆鍋，主菜 6 款有4 款都係龍蝦幾好，人均 $298 價錢算fair~~

前菜
📍龍蝦湯配生蠔 (+$58)
黎到龍蝦店，點都要加錢update 試佢地個龍蝦湯吧? 龍蝦湯入口幾濃郁而且有濃濃龍蝦鮮味，再配埋一隻生蠔比你~

📍蜆鍋 (+$58)
呢個我好推薦！我諗去過lobster shack 既人就知，佢地啲野食味道係好惹味，調味係唔會同你慳，對於濃味人如我，我係超好鐘意！再加埋佢地係open kitchen 次次佢地一落白酒蔥蔥蒜蒜爆香野食我就已流晒口水，個種風味100分！好講返個蜆，佢地一炒啲時我就知不得了，嗰啲超香濃香草濃蒜味同埋白酒香味已出晒黎，加埋蜆仔好鮮甜一啲沙都無而且份量好大方，有成十幾廿隻架，佢仲配埋 2片麵包，麵包加左牛油黎烘好酥脆，沾埋啲汁黎食一流

📍是日餐湯：蘑菇忌廉湯有好多蘑菇茸口感豐富作為是日餐湯完全OK

主菜
📍龍蝦包：係我心心念念既龍蝦包~~一黎到見到包上面有超多龍蝦肉加埋特製嘅醬汁，基本上每一啖都充滿住龍蝦肉，醬汁剛刪好無話太濃，而且熱狗包有塗牛油再烘所以係好食既包底！再配埋熱辣辣新鮮即炸香脆薯條，又係100分

📍龍蝦意粉：大廚喺煮呢個意粉既時候，我又係已流晒口水~ 因為又係用咗大量香草蒜蓉洋蔥同最緊要既龍蝦殼熬成嘅醬汁黎炒啲意粉，成個龍蝦意粉有滿滿蝦油，味極十級濃郁，龍蝦迷今次真係投晒降!! 好想ENCORE!!!!

📍牛頰肉
同行有個人唔食龍蝦(???) 我地安慰佢都有其他野揀，佢就揀咗個阿根廷牛肉，牛肉慢煮到入味爛熟，所以肉質鬆化多汁，再配埋雙重奶油薯蓉，口感綿滑，兩者一齊食嘅話牛頰肉令薯蓉味道口感都更豐富，薯蓉亦可以中和牛頰肉嘅油膩感~~

甜品

質地細緻而濕潤，唔會太甜

我哋有1L既 sangria，夏天飲就啱晒啦，紅酒mix埋生果，酒味唔會太濃加埋生果甜甜地好易入口又開胃~~
