One of our most well-loved dishes - “Tom Kha”.
Inspired by Tom Kha soup, a hot coconut soup infused with lemongrass, galangal and kaffir lime leaves, we refined the dish to a creamy coconut sauce, and added more flavours from chive oil, trout roes, bamboo shoot and tapioca.
For the Threadfin, we marinated with sea salt and dry-aged for 48 hours. The perfectly grilled fish comes with super crispy skin and moist flesh.

Plaa is having two brand new items on the menu for additional enjoyment during the meal. One of them is 𝗚𝗮𝗶 𝗧𝗼𝗱 (ไก่ทอด), a fried chicken wing, that is commonly seen as a type of street food in Thailand. At Plaa, an elevated version is made using fresh local chicken wings stuffed with Thai shrimp cake made with local fresh shrimps flavored with Thai red curry. Homemade plum sauce is served for dipping to balance the fried chicken wings with a refreshing touch.

There is something new at Plaa! 𝗚𝗮𝗲𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗲𝘂𝗻𝗴 (แกงกะหรี่) is a type of southern yellow curry that is less spicy and oily, and often paired with seafood. Plaa has created a new dish with slow-cooked lobster glazed with sweet and sour tamarind sauce, served with southern yellow curry flavored with fresh turmeric.
Curry is always best enjoyed with rice and we have also made a special Tom Yum Rice baked with tom yum paste and crustacean stock, complemented with various condiments such as riceberry puff, garlic, shallot, chives, and Adlay millet, etc. for a complex texture and incredible aroma and flavors.
