今次想介紹Kilo其中一款新菜式Baby Octopus,它是意大利很流行的家鄉小食,用八爪魚仔、薯仔、番茄等新鮮食材,花兩小時燴煮而成,你大可以想像這碟前菜有多麼令人胃口大開。試食時,不單主角八爪魚仔非常入味,是眾人搶吃的焦點,至於很多時被人視為大配角的薯仔,也統統快速被吃清光,事實證明一切,Baby Octopus絕對是成為Kilo名菜的潛力股。❤❤

Introducing one of Kilo's new dishes, Baby Octopus. It is a very popular locally in Italy, made with baby octopus, potatoes, tomatoes, and other fresh ingredients, simmered for two hours. You can just imagine how appetizing this starter would be.

When tasting it, not only the baby octopus extremely flavorful and the focus of everyone's attention, but even the potatoes, which are often seen as a supporting ingredient, are also quickly devoured. It makes us believe This proves that Baby Octopus will be the next superstar in Kilo.

今日有電視台來KILO拍攝關於香港百大餐廳的節目,KILO有幸成為其中一份子當然開心。拍攝人員一入餐廳,見到無敵維港景已經嘩然,而女主持在心曠神怡的靚景下, 介紹KILO 4 款全新及人氣招牌菜,包括意大利家鄉菜Baby Octopus、Parma ham pizza、牛柳鵝肝和榛子雪糕泡芙,在場工作人員對於心水最愛各有所愛,不過最慘是導演,原來當日是初一要食齋,在如此美食當前下,導演堅守齋戒,大家都把菜式裏的番茄、露筍等蔬菜全讓給她吃,人人有份,一樣大飽口福。

A TV channel came to KILO to film an episode about Hong Kong's top 100 restaurants, and KILO is so glad to be one of the featured restaurants. As the filming crew entered the restaurant, they were immediately captivated by the stunning Victoria Harbour view. With this breathtaking “backdrop”, the host introduced KILO's 4 latest and most popular signature dishes, including the Italian home-style Baby Octopus, Parma ham pizza, beef tenderloin with foie gras, and puff with hazelnut gelato and hot chocolate sauce. The crew members all had their own favorite dishes, but unfortunately the director was in her vegetarian fasting day, and the crew generously let her have all the vegetables like tomatoes and asparagus in the dishes, ensuring everyone could indulge in KILO’s culinary delights.

The Parma ham pizza is a new dish in KILO, a delectable culinary creation that hails from the Northern regions of Italy. This pizza features a dough made from high-quality flour and water sourced directly from Italy, resulting in a base that is both light and crisp. The star ingredient, however, is the renowned Parma ham, which lends a rich, savory flavor to the dish. Parma ham is expertly cured and aged, adding a depth of flavor that perfectly complements the other toppings, and creates a pizza that is truly a taste of authentic Italian cuisine.

The outer layer of burrata encases a soft, pillowy shell of Italian buffalo mozzarella, while the interior is filled with luxuriously smooth, rich cream. Paired with fresh tomatoes and drizzled with high-quality olive oil, this summer appetizer is simply perfection. In the oppressive heat of summer, a cool, silky spoonful of burrata feels akin to a gift from the heaven.

KILO與擁有二百年歷史的香檳品牌Perrier-Jouët,於三月期間將首次合作,為顧客帶來一個獨特的限定體驗, 讓他們在享受KILO的創意料理時,也能品嚐到Perrier-Jouët逾百年的傳統香檳味道,每杯均以Perrier-Jouët為今次合作精心挑選的古典花卉香檳杯奉上。創新與經典,同時在餐桌上給你盡情體驗。💗🥂

Perrier-Jouët始於1811年,創辦人熱愛大自然,並以花卉酒瓶作簽名式設計。今次更特別邀請了藝術家Fernando Laposs為品牌創作了以大自然生態為題的藝術品,於K11 Musea設Pop Up Store展出。大家可以到KILO用味蕾感受完香檳之後, 再往限定店用心欣賞Perrier-Jouët對大自然的響往。

While enjoying KILO's creative cuisine, guests will also could taste the traditional flavors of Perrier-Jouët champagne, which has been produced for over a century. Each glass will be served in carefully selected classic floral champagne flutes from Perrier-Jouët.

Driven by a passion for nature since 1811, Maison Perrier-Jouet artistic collaboration with Fernando Laposse is a celebration of nature. All the artwork is exhibited at pop up store in K11 Musea. After savoring the champagne at KILO, you can immerse yourself in Perrier-Jouët's art world in showing his love to nature.

以三文魚他他(Salmon Tartare)搭配碗豆及三文魚子: 碗豆的甜味和鮮嫩質地與三文魚的鮮味相輔相成,營造出一種完美的平衡。此外,還加入散發著濃郁鹹味,仿如小珍珠般的三文魚子,為這道菜提供了一種豐富的豪華感。一片翠綠配上晶瑩的橙色,在白色的盤子上形成了一幅生動的畫面,同時在口中爆發出一種清新的風味。💗💗🥰

Nature begins to revive in March, with green leaves sprouting from branches and flowers blooming in vibrant colors. Inspired by this, KILO will be introducing a new dish on 1st of March.😍🌺

Featuring Salmon Tartare paired with peas and salmon roe: the sweetness and tender texture of the peas complements the freshness of the salmon, creating a perfect balance. Additionally, the dish is elevated with a pearl like rich and salty salmon roe, providing a luxurious sensation. A vibrant picture is created on the white plate with a combination of lush green and lucent orange, while delivering a burst of refreshing flavor in every bite.🥰🍀

KILO的前菜除了簽名式的他他牛外,近日加入了新的成員,就是牛肉tataki了,秘製的醬汁牛肉在極速火灸的日本煮法下,保留了內裡粉嫩多汁。

New beef appetiser is added to the KILO menu. Apart from beef tartare, we are serving beef tataki that is slightly seared and thinly sliced with secret sauce. It brings out the juicy & flavourful taste with traditional garnishes.
