Let's share in this beautiful journey together...

We offer a variety of services, classes, workshops, and more to help all of our clients achieve healthier bodies and minds.
Angie could never have imagined herself embracing yoga, bewildered by others’ enthusiasm for what she saw as “practicing strange poses” in her youth.
However, her perspective shifted dramatically upon attending her first yoga class in 2022. She discovered the allure of yoga, amazed by its capacity to not only enhance flexibility but also to serve as a sanctuary from work stress and enhance self-awareness through the diligent practice of asanas and meditation.
Yoga’s versatility means it can be adapted to suit any form and fitness level, welcoming individuals of all ages. Angie is eager to share the insights from her yoga journey with you all. She hopes to inspire an interest in yoga, encouraging you to explore its benefits and nurture your physical and mental health through regular practice.
On Ki has been practicing yoga since 2017. In the beginning, she did yoga purely for exercise and fitness. In the first few classes, she was aware that her balance and core were not strong enough. She dedicated herself to practicing yoga and realized that yoga is not just about physical exercise, is more about the inner body - the body and mind. The different postures are guided by breathing and emphasize the use of muscular strength to move energy through the body. Every breath is connected to your thoughts, emotions, physical body, and also to the subconscious.
To understand more about yoga, she decided to pursue yoga teacher training and completed her 200RYT in 2024. The training taught her not only about yoga philosophy and asana but also how to accept ourselves exactly how we are and let go of judgment and anticipations. And this is just the beginning of her yoga journey.
Over the course of time, my journey with yoga has been transformative and empowering. What began as a simple curiosity has blossomed into a profound practice that has positively influenced every aspect of my life.
When I first embarked on my yoga journey, I was drawn to the physical benefits it promised – advanced strength, flexibility, and balance. I committed myself to regular practice, exploring numerous yoga styles and techniques. As time went on, I began to appreciate the harmonious mind-body connection that yoga cultivates, realising that the practice extended far beyond the confines of the mat. It offers solace and peace amidst the chaos of daily life.
Embracing this passion, I decided to take the next step in my journey: pursuing yoga teacher training at . The idea of sharing my love for yoga with others and guiding them on their unique and transformative paths filled me with excitement. The training program deepened my understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and various teaching methodologies. I delved into honing my own practice while also learning how to guide others safely and effectively in their practices.
Yoga has become an integral part of my existence. It has taught me patience, self-acceptance, and compassion – not only towards myself but also towards those around me. The journey has been a continuous evolution of body, mind, and soul, and my journey as a student of yoga will never truly end, for there is always more to learn and explore.
Originally certified as an aerial dance teacher, Christy’s journey took an unexpected turn when she discovered the captivating world of yoga. What began as a fascination with the physical practice soon transformed into a profound spiritual and personal journey.
As Christy delved deeper into yoga, she realized that it offered much more than just a physical workout. It became a transformative path of self-discovery, inner peace, and personal growth. Yoga became a means for Christy to find herself, connect with her inner being, and embark on a journey of self-transformation.
Through her dedicated yoga practice, Christy discovered a newfound sense of inner peace, confidence, and self-acceptance. Yoga became a sanctuary where she could embrace her flaws, celebrate her strengths, and cultivate a deep sense of self-love and authenticity.
Motivated by her own transformative experiences, Christy felt a calling to share the gifts of yoga with others. She aspires to build a vibrant and inclusive yoga community, where individuals can come together, support one another, and embark on their own transformative journeys. Christy’s passion lies in sharing her knowledge, guiding students towards self-discovery, and creating a nurturing space where yoga can be a catalyst for positive change in people’s lives.
“Yoga is learning to be at ease with ourselves at this moment.”
I am Suma. Before learning yoga, my first acquaintance with mindfulness came from my academic background in psychology/ counseling. I started practicing meditation in 2019 for my well-being. When time goes by, I realize sitting down and focusing on breaths is just a practice for the mind. Bodily discipline also needs nourishment. Other than fitness and dance, I kicked off my yoga journey.
As I move forward, I found doing yoga is not to be perfect but to discover infinite possibilities, potential that can be actualised. Through this training, I have deepened my knowledge in anatomy which could give me insights of where students are at and how I can support them.
Other than balance, strength, flexibility, discipline, etc. in practicing yoga, I am captivated by the philosophies underneath. Some of them are surprisingly practical in our modern lives where we are constantly absorbing information, where stress, anxiety easily stem from. Yoga can be practiced as a way of living.
In practicing asanas, our physicality becomes an honest vehicle for us to self-explore. We become aware of where we are at, we set goals and we practice, we are present with our movements. From there, we nurture self-acceptance, which comes before any sort of change.
I believe that love and joy live in our beings. It’s just the fact that we are on autopilot to feel pain more than love.
I serve as I learn and I learn as I serve, not to be called a teacher but a companion. I am here to bring out the bliss on your journey through the ‘self’ to the ‘self’.
“Namaste”
Suma

Wendy's yoga journey is a testament to the transformative power of this ancient practice. Initially drawn to yoga as a means of physical exercise, Wendy discovered that yoga encompassed much more than just the physical postures. It became a way for her to connect with herself and others on a deeper level, allowing her to cultivate love and compassion in her own life and share it with those around her.
As Wendy delved deeper into her own yoga practice, she began to explore the philosophy and spirituality behind yoga. She realized that yoga was not limited to the physical body but extended to the mind, emotions, and spirit. It became a holistic practice that brought about a sense of balance and harmony in all aspects of her life.
Through regular meditation and self-reflection, Wendy discovered that yoga was a powerful tool for self-discovery and self-love. It helped her develop a greater understanding of her own strengths and limitations, allowing her to embrace herself with compassion and acceptance. This newfound self-love then naturally extended to the people around her.
